Please see below in Section 1 - the provisions for Proxy Voting for those clubs unable to attend the National Conference AGM in Jersey.
Attached below in Section 2 - is a list of all Clubs who will have Delegates attending the 2012 National Conference. If your Club requires a Proxy Vote at the 41 Club 2012 Annual General Meeting you may be able to arrange for Delegates who are members of any of those affiliated Clubs to cast a Proxy Vote on your behalf.

The Officers and Committee of Jersey 41 Club regret to advise that as we are extremely stretched in our numbers in creating and running the Conference, we, as the ‘Jersey in house club’, are unable to offer any Proxy Voting Facilities to clubs attending the Annual General Meeting.
